• ⅓ cup yogurt
• 1 cup tomato purée
• 2 tbsp butter/ghee
• Heavy cream (optional for finishing)

• 1 lb paneer, cubed
• ⅓ cup yogurt
• 1 cup tomato purée
• 2 tbsp butter/ghee

Plant-based

• 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, cubed or 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained
• ½ cup coconut milk or cashew cream
• 1 cup tomato purée
• 2 tbsp butter/ghee
• Fresh cilantro for garnish

Choose a recipe and follow theses steps!

1. Marinade

Combine all spices and yogurt with the cubed chicken in a bowl. Cover and marinade for 30 min. Refrigerate overnight for up to 24 hours for best results.

2. Cook Chicken

Heat the ghee (butter or oil) over high heat in a large frying pan. Grill the chicken in the frying pan until cooked through.

3. Sauce

Add the tomato sauce/paste, cream (optional), sugar, and salt (optional for your preference). Turn down to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes or less.

4. Garnish

Garnish with coriander/cilantro leaves. (optional)
